“Fresh food daily.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 3, 2013

I have eaten food cooked by this chef for many years and was glad when he opened this cafe close to home. No, its not the cheapest but with most pubs offering 2 -4- £10 I believe they have pitch the prices in keeping give or take a pound or two. The food is always fresh and freshly made to order.
I would recommend the salmon and cream cheese bagel for lunch with orange juice or fresh coffee.
Keep up the good work.

“Good.. But is not a restaurant!!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 27, 2013 via mobile

It is a very nice cafe, nice food but I wouldn't go here for anything other than a snack or lunch! Friendly staff. Food is lovely but trip advisor should rate restaurants not cafes!

“Relaxing lunch !”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 24, 2013

This was our first visit and found the menu to offer a nice variety of things, not always stuff you would find on a standard cafe style menu , and it was written in an amusing style ! I enjoyed the chilli served with salad and flat bread. Not the cheapest place around to go for lunch but the portion sizes were big ! Very relaxing atmosphere , would definitely go again !

“Nice food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2013

Went today with my daughter and relaxed over tea and toast for over an hour and chatted. Although there is nothing much on the menu below around £6, we felt very comfortable there and the staff were lovely. Mushrooms on toast were very nice and a bit of an indulgence at over £5 but hey it was a snowy winter's day!
