“Definitely a must”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 11, 2013

Breakfast and dinner of fine quality. Especially the breakfast, beans, egg, toast, sausage, what more do you want to begin your day. Not noticing the old English cuisine.

“Not too busy hotel restaurant.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 5, 2013 via mobile

4 of us ate at this restaurant and there was plenty of space for us and logs of room generally.

A nice friendly welcome from the maitre'd then drinks in the bar whilst waiting for our table.

The food was delicious with a food range of starters and mains. The desert to go for if you like chocolate is the chocolate pudding. It takes 15 minutes as it is cooked in the oven not microwaved. Crisp on the outside with a lovely liquid chocolate filling. Recommended

“Very accommodating!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 24, 2013

We booked for five people to celebrate a birthday and we needed wheelchair access. the hotel made a huge effort and made everything run smoothly for us.
Auntie (91st birthday girl!) had a lovely evening, and will remember it fondly.
Thank you to all of the team.
We all had seafood specials and thoroughly enjoyed them.
Lobster was lovely, as was the dover sole.
We would recommend the food here!

“Food, service and atmosphere great”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 21, 2013

This restaurant was a very pleasant experience. The food was delicious, the menu boasted a good range of food and was very well presented. Good selection of wines which weren't over inflated. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous. Would certainly recommend to anyone who enjoys good food and wine.

“A great experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 16, 2013

Faultless service and fabulous food - the best eating experience in Worthing. Having had great meals there before, we took a party of 15 family members for a Birthday dinner in a private room after drinks in the bar - the facilities in the room were spot on; intimate but enough space for guests to relax in. Each guest chose their own three courses in advance and everyone commented on the high quality of the meal and the attentive service. The rack of lamb and beef wellington truffle my wife and I chose respectively were perfect and the serving of all the courses was timed just right by the chef, not an easy thing to do for a large group.
