“Great fun and excellent staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 13, 2014 via mobile

A great range of climbing walls for the kids, with expert coaching and guidance provided by excellent staff, this was a great activity centre for an hour or so.

A short period on the inflatable dumper truck was reasonable value, but the crazy golf was a little makeshift.

Overall the kids had a great time - certainly much better than the equivalent time spent at a soft play centre. A kids party here would no doubt be a great experience!

“Fantastic fun and value for money!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 23, 2014 via mobile

We took 6 children ranging in age from 5 to 12 - they had such a fantastic time they cannot wait to go back! They enjoyed the varied climbing walls, which enabled even the 5 year old to be proud she could climb to the top, to more challenging climbs for the older ones. They also went on the 'bouncy truck' and did some caving - both these activities were very much enjoyed. Conversations in the car home were about how much they had enjoyed themselves and how proud they were about what they had achieved. Friendly, helpful staff who were great with the children - really encouraging to the most nervous child, who then went on to gain in confidence with their support. I would highly recommend this place!

“climbtastic”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 17, 2014

We went to ready2climb and it was amazing. I said that i was scared of heights as an excuse to avoid doing it and loved it. If you have a head for heights than this is probably the best. It is a square of endless climbing walls and smack bam in the middle is something called stairway to heaven. It is just like climbing stairs but when you miss a step. When you start it you would get a feeling that you would fall but actually when you get to the top you have the fun of taking a step off and slowly drop to the bottom. If you are up for a challenge just ask the staff and they will give you a challenge. The most fun one for me was when i was given some goggles the were blacked out so I couldn't see anything. I would definitely recommend this to anyone even parents because they can join in.

“Very good facility - good value for money!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 18, 2014

I took my boys aged 4 and 6 for a climbing session during half term. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The actual climbing facility was very good although the cafe/waiting area is a little sterile and is in need of some decoration/pictures etc.

The staff were friendly and helpful and a good safety brief was given beforehand - I wasn't aware that adults could join in so I will definitely be participating next time!! I would recommend this to any family with young children. Hopefully the facilities will continue to improve over the next year or so.

“Like soft play but so much better!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 27, 2014

We took our 5 and 10 year old girls here and they thoroughly enjoyed their time. They love playgrounds and softplay but this was so much better - much more adventurous and challenging. Us adults also enjoyed a couple of climbs but, more importantly, we felt that the girls were very safe: The equipment was clean and the staff v friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable. The session ended with some manic sliding down the giant inflatable truck which all the children loved. Our small party ranged from 2 - 82 years old and, whilst we all enjoyed it, I felt that more could have been provided for the v young. But that is a minor criticism. What they do, Ready2climb do very well and we would definitely return when next in Yeovil.
