Stopped in for a pint on a Saturday lunchtime. I didn't have anything to eat, though it looked lovely. The bar staff were absolutely charming, and offered me a small taste of a beer to see which I liked. Four good ales, I plumped for one from Shepherd Neame. The strongest was 4%, I wish they had on a real winter warmer beer! Still, I was driving, so maybe they are looking after me! Lots of Christmas lunches going on, everyone seemed to be having a jolly old time. A really nice place to spend half an hour!
