Just spent three nights at this hotel. We found the hotel very warm and welcoming, bedroom very comfortable, the breakfast excellent and all in all a first class place to stay. We've stayed here before but this was the first time we have had an evening meal in the restaurant and we were highly delighted with the food and service. This hotel will always be our first choice of hotels in Scarborough.

We have stayed many times in Scarborough but never before discovered this excellent spot to stay. The hotel is in an excellent location close to the main shopping streets and the station. Our room was one of the executive rooms and overlooked the crescent gardens. The room was beautiful with a king size bed, a sitting area, large flat screen Tv and a lovely bathroom with freestanding bath and separate shower.
We ate in the restaurant for dinner and had excellent starters and fillet steaks to follow. We were too full to eat a dessert, The breakfast is also excellent and always served with a friendly word and a smile.
We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back later in the year!

Room Tip: Our room looking over the crescent gardens was lovely and quiet

Stayed with my wife for three night January 2014. Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, food to die for. Location excellent. Had one of the best fillet steaks ever at a very reasonable price. Staff very helpful. All in all a hotel to be recommended.

Room Tip: We chose the Belvoir room. A little more expensive but worth the money for the extra luxury

Excellent family run hotel with the personal touch from the directors. Very good spacious accommodation in a standard twin room with easy access by the elevator. The New Years Eve Gala Dinner was excellent. The main course rack of lamb enjoyed by three of us was the best we have ever had! as was the fillet of beef enjoyed by the other member of our party. Congratulations to the chef and the all important butcher. Brunch the following morning was also excellent. Lindsay and Paul made sure we all enjoyed the midnight celebration with champagne and party poppers etc. We shall definitely return on other occasions throughout the coming year and recommend to our friends.
