This review is rather late as I visited M.A.P last summer. I was looking for a zombie experience for my son and nephew. The website stated it would be suitable for 'everybody over 12'. My Son was 13 and Nephew was turning 13 in 2 weeks at the time and were very excited about going to M.A.P and told all their friends about the amazing day they were going to have.
Imagine their disappointment when we got there and told they had to be 14 to take part in the zombie experience! We had driven 45 miles to get to this place so we was rather frustrated that it had been a wasted journey. We tried not to let it ruin our day and bought one of the extortionate wristbands in hope that some of the other activities might cheer the boys up but the place was a let down. It was a ghost town with only one other group of people having a climb on the rock wall. Staff still took a ridiculous amount of time to get the tanks going for us.
In the end we decided to cut our losses and get out of there. The boys had only had one lap each on the tanks and we requested a refund. We was given a bit of a run around for it but got most of our money back (minus £10 for the pitiful tank rides) which was disgusting really considering the amount of petrol and time wasted to get there!
We salvaged the day by going to see Joe Pasquale at the Bridlington Spa but I would not recommend M.A.P and they still have NOT updated their website to say they have changed the age to 14! Come on M.A.P! sort it out! save others the disappointment we endured!
