Stayed here for a week with the family and was really really disappointed. We paid £750 for a week and it wasn't worth the money. I'm really surprised that the other reviews for this place are good. The carpets throughout were filthy dirty, as well as several walls in the property. The kitchen was also dirty with cheap, nasty cutlery and crockery. There was no gas for the BBQ, which spoilt an evening, but in honesty, the back yard was horrible with rubbish lying about outside generally.
I would also strongly urge you not to bring children here, we had a 1 and 3yr old and there was no gate on the stairs and a large drop in the back 'courtyard' (more like a yard) from the area with table and chairs. Without continuous supervision, it was just unsafe for them. This was the only fire exit at the back of the property and I couldn't see a fire alarm anywhere.
The general feel of the place was also very untidy and uncared for with a broken patio door and a cooker with a faulty starter. There was also a leak in the lounge and some furniture was in disrepair. We were also unhappy with the minute shower with torn plastic curtain.
Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone, the only benefit being the fantastic location.
