Really nice hotel, comfy beds and pillows, clean, good size room with 3 beds for a family of four. Breakfast really good, kids loved it lots to chose. Will stop at this hotel again. Good value for money stopping with children in a family room. Best nights sleep I've had in a hotel.

We stayed here in a family room towards the end of the Easter break. What an amazing location. Perfect for exploring scarborough and other places along this coastline.
The hotel is right in the heart of it all- near the shops, near the beach, plenty of choice for dining nearby. It doesn't have a car park but we payed £8 for 24 hours to park in the nearby balmoral centre car park which wasn't a problem at all just a short walk from the hotel which we were prepared for.
The rooms are of a very high standard, clean, light and airy. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. In all, a lovely stress free break. Thank you premier inn!

We stayed here for 5 nights in April 2013 and were very happy with the location (near to the shops & restaurants) & accommodation. Helpful & friendly staff & spotlessly clean. Would recommend - we're going back again next year!

Just been with my wife and two children in a family room, for a three day break and a chance to visit family, just be aware if you go by car although the hotel supply a list of car parks close to the hotel when you book, parking is very limited as they are public and shared with other hotels close by, if you go out for the day you will be very lucky to find a space within walking distance and they can be costly, (though the parking m/c accepts cards) the car park opposite the hotel is free between 6pm and 9am, I wouldn't like to try parking around here in mid season, if you go by train you won't have a problem and the station is only 10 mins away on foot. The hotel is quite comfortable as you would expect, we were in a room on the first floor around the rear and were able to get a good nights sleep, we only stayed for the breakfasts and the kids ate for free, though you have to order at least 1 premier breakfast to get this, it still only worked out at £3 each per day which is excellent value for money, and set us up for the day. Cleanliness wasn't too bad although our bed was very dusty underneath and some of the pots and cups at breakfast were not exactly sparking clean, overall not too bad, and would go again.

2nd time my family and I have stayed here and once again very polite staff, clean rooms and a nice breakfast. If your going to Scarborough then this is a good bet for a good nights sleep and near to the sea front. Well done Scarborough premier inn staff
