We tried out Tratts when we stayed at the Holiday inn Express T5. Two families of 9 in total on our way to Morocco in March. A little sceptical as we where the first one to be seated - and the first impresion was a cold and not inviting atmosphere. But the staff was friendly and service oriented and did everything to make our dinner as comfortable as possible. A regular menu with antipasti, pasta, risotto, meat and pizza in a selection you expect to find at such a place - but nothing more. We had garlic breads and olives as entres - and the olives were realy delicious! As mains we had everything from Risotto de Pollo to grilled lamb. The smallest kids had the classic spagetti bolognese and a favourite tomato soup (they loved the soup!). Wine menue was very limited, but they had their Montepulciano and a few Italian beers on the list. When we payed the bill (about £120) the restaurant was packed with people - always a good sign. An average Italian experience at an airpot hotel at Heathrow.
