Used to come here often, very happy with the service and got to know the staff who were very nice to us, but when it comes to the food it can be very poor. I've had a few incidents occur and I don't feel like going back anymore which is a shame. The first main incident is when they state a time. Waiting a while for something to come out on the buffet it was frustrating after waiting twenty minutes for something that we were told twice would be a few minutes and two minutes. Previously working in catering for three years myself before I know that you should tell a customer a realistic time if not a couple of minutes more. After waiting for a long time and then not wanting it anymore we were disappointed for them to turn around and then say it still wasn't ready. Although the way in which one of the members handled the situation was not very polite, the shift manager was very understanding and refunded, which I saw was good customer service. Another incident was when our ticket hadn't even gone through to the kitchen, this has happened twice to us. One time waiting an hour on our food in total, again the situation was handled well by a member of the staff. A number of times we have also been over charged for stuff which has taken a while to then sort out before being able to sit down. Overall the majority of the staff are very polite and friendly to us, I just feel that they need to be more organised in terms of management and within the kitchen. It's a shame that it's gone a bit down hill because as I said we did enjoy coming here and speaking to some of the staff who got to know us well.
