Had to go through the drive thru twice because of missing items, took the 20 minute drive home with the kids, to find the order was still wrong when we got home, missing our kids gravy! I rang KFC and they offered me a credit note for the gravy???! Really??! What good would that do? Supervisor didn't seem interested, totally disgusting!
