“Lazydays - Highly Recommended B & B”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 21, 2013

On arriving in Skegness we were fortunate enough to find accommodation at Lazydays. Neil was warm and extremely helpful even assisting with our luggage to the spacious first floor room which was available. The room and en-suite were spotless and nicely decorated with very comfortable bed, flat screen tv , drinks making equipment , and en-suite facilities.
It is situated in a quiet road, a short walk from the front and also the town centre, on site parking was also a bonus.
Nothing was too much trouble and any queries or advice readily given.
Breakfast to your own specification was also excellent.
An excellent wellcoming and relaxed atmosphere - highly recommended.

We stopped here just for 1 night.2 Adults & 2 teenagers and had 2 rooms.1 family room with a double bed and bunkbeds and en suite facilities, and 1 twin room with toilet and washbasin but there was a big bathroom on the same floor that we used too. Very friendly greeting on arrival, rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious.Tea & coffee facilities and tv's in both rooms with lots of channels to choose from.Hairdryers were suppliied in both rooms.Situated in a quiet road for a good nights sleep.Christine and Neil were lovely and nothing was to much trouble for them. Breakfast was a really good choice of cereal, then toast and a full english. We all wished we could've stayed longer will definatelty be back next year.Thankyou once again Louise & family .

Chose Lazydays on the advice of a work colleague and ended up staying for the duration of the contract. Hosts Neil and Christine are very welcoming and value for money is second to none! They keep your room spotlessly clean and any problems that arise are quickly sorted. Off street parking is provided. All in all, outstanding value for money and a very pleasent stay for almost 6 months!

Lazydays guesthouse is a great find. Hosts Neil and Christine have it just right if you're not bothered about 5 star luxury. The price is very reasonable, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and the the furnishings are all to a good standard. Nothing flash, just what you want for a comfortable stay. Two roads back from the beach, and no yellow lines! Lazydays has off road parking, but with no parking restrictions, the quiet road is fine too. Perfect wireless reception, and full mobile signal too. Neil and Christine are a lovely chatty couple which adds that extra friendliness.
