5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 12, 2012

My friends and I have just returned from an overnight stay at the Tudor Lodge, and we were very impressed. We arrived about lunchtime and our rooms were ready for us although we had arrived a bit early. My daughter and I had a double room, and my 2 friends had a twin. Both rooms were spotless, had nice modern furniture and bathroom suite, with tea and coffee making facilities plus a tv. It was only a 5 minute walk to the clock tower and the beach. The beds were comfy and we all slept really well. We only had breakfast there but it was really nice, with a choice of cereals, orange juice, tea and coffee and a full english. Food was hot and we were offered toast and marmalade afterwards but we were so full we declined! I would definitely recommend the Tudor Lodge, and hope to return in the future, hopefully for longer next time.
