“Take away delight”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2014

So it took me several attempts to actually get someone to answer the phone but it was well worth the wait. The food was astonishing and very reasonably priced. Only issue is with it being tapas is making sure you don't order too little or too much (although lefts overs for lunch the next day was great!)

“So good I have been back 3 times in 3 weeks”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2014

This is a slightly different but excellent Thai experiece. The starters and mains are Tapas size, enabling you to choose multiple exciting dishes and flavours. Crispy beef, Tempura prawns, crab cakes, chicken satay and then a couple of Thai curries to be shared between two as an example. Great quality food and friendly efficient service. The only problem is they don't take bookings and it gets really busy, so you need to go early or get lucky, but its well worth it. Lovely cocktails too, but beware of the ones with chilli seeds in them unless you like your head blown off.

“Excellent food served by friendly staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 1, 2014

Went for a bite to eat and a couple of drinks after an afternoon sailing. We weren't dressed up but didn't feel out of place here as we were made to feel very welcome. Between the four of us we ordered 6 tapas style dishes and some rice and noodles and found them all to be lovely, perhaps the green thai curry was a little bit too hot for us but everything else was very tasty and totally authentic. I look forward to going back and trying some more dishes as it really was that good. It is a bit on the pricey side but it is in Sandbanks so didn't expect it to be cheap.

“Great atmosphere!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 24, 2014

We came across Koh Noi while staying in Sandbanks for a couple of nights. The idea of Thai tapas had me intrigued so myself and my wife grabbed a cab and turned up this evening. The atmosphere is tremendous, a continental bar environment with friendly, well versed staff and great food. ...and what food! We grazed the evening away ordering various tapas throughout the evening. The ribs, crispy beef, pork, chicken satay, Thai fish cakes, stir fries, & rice were all first rate. The whole evening including a good few drinks came to £63 for the two of us. Very good value for what we ate. Highly recommended.

“amazing!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 17, 2014

popped in on the off chance there was a table, as i did not reserve one... however the gentleman informed me you cannot reserves tables here as its the tapas bar side of the Koh chain.
we found this rather exciting as it always had a lovely buzz with people drinking whilst waiting to be seated. what a fun filled night we had with our extremely helpful and friendly waiter. (blonde)
the food arrived promptly, and by the waiters recommendations, it was amazing!!!! the thai chefs are not shy of their flavour or spice but wow, it was incredible. simple, quick, delicious concept yet so effective and great value. my girlfriend and i always spoil ourselves by going to fine dining venues, but i now no longer see the point!! great evening and great service. cant wait to be back.
