“Hidden Gem”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 12, 2014

As part of a weekend with a Rotary group we visited Brownsea on a Saturday. We were met and checked through the arrivals/ticketing very quickly, in time for a refreshment break before the morning tour. The tour was both pleasant and informative, leaving us time to visit the Visitor Centre and Church before a quality soup lunch. The 3.20pm return ferry completed the tour around true islands, arriving back in Poole with a short time to visit the shops before they closed.
Great to see the Red Squirrels, and enjoy the peaceful Island walks.

“Lovely day out in a gem of a location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 5, 2014

A family day out with a picnic in Brownsea, just perfect. The café is well run with plenty of good food and drink. If you are going take good walking shoes/boots as its a fair old trek.
