I'll keep this quite short,
the hotel is in a good location with a short walk down to the sea or to Loch Fyne.
The staff are very friendly and attentive, nothing seemed to be a issue.
The bed was quite springy, but the pillows were good.
the shower and jacuzzi bath were very nice (room 212)
the room was very cold overnight and even using the air con dial to turn it up to 30c it was still freezing! (obviously wasn't working properly )
the restaurant was very nice with a good atmospehere and selection of drinks, even cocktails were on the menu.
there was even a female singer.
one downside was a lady collapsing on the floor after drinking far too much (evening of 23rd feb). she was quickly dispatched by staff and her other half...
overall a good experience and will stay there again.
Furthermore I can recommend going to the Haven about half a mile away to use the spa facilities etc.
