Description: Osborne’s Café and Grill in Llandudno -- could there be a more romantic restaurant anywhere? Set in the Grade II listed Osborne House Hotel right on the promenade, Osborne’s is a modern tribute to high Victorian style. Softly candlelit and decorated with opulent drapery, period fireplace, gleaming chandeliers, gilt mirrors, antiques, paintings and fluted columns, the dining room still manages to be relaxed and informal. Perfect for light bites or full meals, the menu uses local produce to create inventive, seasonally-changing modern European dishes. Everyone loves the Conwy Valley lamb shank with ratatouille and basil when it’s on the menu and the Osborne’s rendering of fish and chips.

“Excellent food, value and service. A must visit!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2013

There seemed to be a lack of exciting reasonably priced places to eat in Llandudno, so this was a great find. Excellent value (mains are actually £10-15, which is more gastropub than fancy restaurant, and the very average Italian we'd visited the night before was similarly priced). Our main courses and desserts were fantastic. Service was superb too and the dinning room is wonderfully (if bizarrely!) furnished.

I hope to return for afternoon tea!

Well worth visiting.

“Cosy, delicious, impeccable service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 18, 2012

We've eaten here several times, my husband proposed during our first visit so it is a special place for us. Each time we've been we have felt like valued customers, the waiting staff are excellent, the restaurant is well decorated and feels expensive. The food is delicious, and not over priced considering the quality and the location. We've never been disappointed at Osborne's

“Stylish bistro”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2012

Went here last week for lunch as part of a large group. Food is bistro favourites cooked well. Service to match.
Prices quite reasonable - about £15 for a la carte mains and starters/ puds around £6 but vegetables are extra but portions big enough to share between two.
For the budget conscious there is a shorter and cheaper set menu.
Thoroughly recommended.
