Stayed at this hotel for one night 07/12/13 as attending function in Llandudno. Had a lovely room, spotlessly clean. The manageress was very friendly & informative. The breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice & the cooked part piping hot. Thank you for such a lovely stay

Room Tip: All the rooms are lovely but if you dont mind stairs the superior room on the 2nd floor is stunning

Very good location for the main part of the resort. Plenty of eating and drinking establishments close by and even the shops if you must. We had an excellent superior room on the second floor but we would have liked it to have been warmer, the weather was just starting to get chilly. Top quality breakfast promptly and pleasantly served. Parking could possibly be a problem in high season but we will visit again. Overall good value .

Room Tip: Anyone with mobility problems should request a low floor and a superior room.

This was our second visit to this hotel and this time we stayed in a refurbished ground floor room which exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was a real treat. Will definitely stay again.

Check-in was fast, the owners are very friendly and the wireless worked well. Otherwise I’m sorry to say this is one of the worst places I’ve stayed in for some time.
The room was tiny, even my small carry-on suitcase didn’t fit around the edge of the bed. The curtains could only be drawn by pulling them over the bed. The room and bathroom are in serious need of modernisation. The walls and ceiling are also very thin, I’m not a light sleeper but the noise of people walking around the room above was loud enough to wake us.

I’m amazed people think this is a good breakfast. A plum tomato from a tin, low quality baked beans, and cheap juices.

It came across to me like the bad old days. Times have changed, and for over £75 this comes well short of what I’d now expect for £40.

Clean and bright with lovely service. Great choice of cooked breakfasts; even kippers available.
Shower controls a bit odd, and mattress didn't suit me, but overall a very good value experience in a convenient, central location, 3 minutes from the front.

Room Tip: I was on the second floor at the front, which was quiet.
