A lovely hotel that I will definately be staying in again. We stayed in the Romantic room, the four poster bed was lovely and I've never slept in a bed so comfortable.
The breakfast was great, all kinds of choices. The owners were very friendly, and I definately would recommend the hotel to family and friends

Wonderful hotel run by a friendly couple who cannot do too much for you. The room I stayed in was incredibly well furnished, vast comfortable bed, double shower. A real pleasure to stay in.
They had free wi-fi in every room, a built in dvd player with films available and freesat.
Breakfast was excellent, attentative, freshly cooked and great variety.
I will definately return and next time I will have to take my wife!

We arrived on Friday to be greeted to a very warm and friendly welcome from Joni who offered us tea or coffee before we had even seen our room. The Metropolitan is very spacious, well decorated with a lovely seating area from which you have a good view of The Great Orme. The 6' electrically adjustable bed is fabulous and so comfortable, had a great nights sleep. The breakfast menu is very varied and everything is cooked fresh to order, came away so full didn't eat any lunch. Joni and Mark are a lovely couple and work so hard at making you stay with them perfect and one we will repeating.

A truly excellent hotel, we really did not expect such quality for what we had paid! We had a lovely cooked breakfast before leaving, but they do offer 3 course evening meals very reasonably priced. Our room was very spacious and clean, perfect for us! The pictures on the website don't give a true idea of how great the rooms are, Joni did show us all 8 bedrooms when we were leaving! I will recommend the hotel to my friends and family, and we will certainly visit again this year.

The Clontarf is first rate in every respect. Ideally located on the West Shore, the promenade and Llandudno town centre are also easily accessible on foot. Joni and Mark are friendly and hospitable, but not overpoweringly so. The rooms are stylish, spacious, modern and tastefully decorated. And, as other reviewersw have testified, the beds are something special. Attention to detail is one of the hotel's hallmarks, as is excellent value for money. We are returning next month with other members of our family.
