We stayed in Min-y-Don last time, but they were full. Bay Court seems to have had a re-vamp, we had a lovely stay. Really friendly staff, clean comfortable room and gorgeous breakfasts. (We had freshly squeezed orange juice...and make sure you ask for the home baked beans!) Interesting books in the lounge are a nice touch :) We'll definitely be back for its welcoming feel and value for money, thank you

Room Tip: Try and ask for one with a sea view!

We've just had a lovely bank holiday weekend. Very reasonably priced and can't praise staff enough. Family run business and nothing was too much trouble. We will definately be returning and would recommend to people as a good, value for money base ideally located on the seafront!

Had a brilliant break at the Bay Court, such a convenient location right opposite the pier, beautifully presented gardens and frontage. Original Georgian interior, nicely decorated.
Very helpful & courteous staff, spotlessly clean & fresh. Delicious breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, hand baked beans & as much toast and tea as you can drink. Made a great weekend even better. Thanks.

Booked for the Saturday night that morning after a ring round of Llandudno hotels. There was no answer, but the proprietor took the trouble to ring back even though I didn't leave a message, and we were very glad he did! The room was bright and clean, and the bedding fresh and crisp. The hotel is literally situated across from the pier, right at the centre for all the amenities. The breakfast was lovely, homemade bread, and homebaked beans featured on the menu, and was freshly cooked to order to a very high standard. We wouldn't hesitate to return, or to recommend to others.

This hotel has had a real transformation and is now due some credit!

I visited many years ago due to its seafront location and was welcomed by friendly staff but felt that the place was dated... undeterred I returned last week for a weekend visit and was pleasantly surprised by the love and dedication that has gone into transforming the beautiful victorian building back to its former glory. The staff were still as friendly as ever (it's a family run business) and the updates are still in progress so I'm looking forward to visiting again to see how they're doing and explore more of the beautiful surrounding Welsh countryside.

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view :)

An otherwise pleasant holiday was spoiled by the alternative accommodation provided in the adjoining Bay Court Hotel, The room was cold and smelled musty as if it had not been used for some time. The hot water was never better than luke warm The meals were very good but we would have appreciated a bit more room between tables in the crowded restaurant.
