Lovely location, with great views over the bay from our sea facing room. Room was slightly old fashioned but the place has lots of old world character with a sitting room, bar and libraries of books to borrow.

Ray is a good guy and as well as knowing all there is to know about the area makes a very nice Welsh breakfast! Dog friendly hotel too which is a rarity these days.

Room tip: Sea view room was lovely

Absolutely fantastic hotel, truely to the style of the building, the most incredibly tactile staircase, we stayed in Room 33, stunning views of the promenade and sea, our bedroom area was AMAZING. The breakfast was the best one I have ever had in a Hotel, you have to try it. Charlie, the resident Lurcher is sooo gorgeous.

Room tip: worth paying the extra for the front rooms

The position of this hotel is fantastic, could not have had a better view anywhere. The hotel itself is friendly and very clean.I do not want to give it a bad review as i enjoyed my stay, it was just that the bedroom was very small in fact when in bed i could put my feet out of the window, that maybe a plus for some.Cannot fault the cleanliness,or the service, the breakfast was very good cooked fresh to order. We had great weather whilst we were there and it was great to sit on the patio and look over Llandudno.Would i return?,probably not.

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago, my wife and I loved it. The view from our room was stunning and the breakfast was superb. The owners are slightly eccentric but delightful and very welcoming. The building itself is a work of art with stained glass, sweeping staircase and large comfy lounges. If you don't love dog's stay away, I miss having Max's head on my lap stroking his velvet ears and rubbing his tum.
Would definitely go back its delightful.
