“Glad we booked”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 12, 2014

My wife and I stayed for two nights in the small double and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.In the past we have stayed in larger hotels in Llandudno but will have no hesitation in going back to this very well run hotel. The hotel and rooms are spotless, the hosts (Chris and Stephen) are very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was everything the other reviews say-hot and tasty and sets you up for the day.We did not eat in the evening as we had arrangements for days out but from discussions with others who did we will definitely try that next time(pre book).Liked the idea of leaving enough milk in the room to enjoy more than one drink each.

If you have never been before I would recommend a trip to Portmeirion-we took a picnic but could have eaten there or at Betws y Coed on the way.Enjoyable leisurely day with plenty of photo opportunities.

The one bad review I have seen on here has to be a fake.

Thanks again Chris and Steve until we stay with you again, from Michael and Linda(Liverpool).

Room Tip: Rooms on the south side still have a good view of the mountains even though they overlook the Retail...

This was a surprise one night trip for my birthday and I was really pleased with my partners choice. The hosts were brilliant and really friendly. It was a welcome surprise after spending a week on a narrow boat. We will certainly return!

Great seafront location, few minutes walk from Venue Cymru one way or the shops the other and parking at the rear was a real bonus. We had a good sized sea view room on the second floor with a very comfortable bed and everywhere was spotlessly clean - the first thing I always look for is black mould in the bathroom - none to be seen anywhere! I'm not a fan of carpet in bathrooms but I believe that is on the agenda for change. A definite plus was an adequate supply of milk - not the mingy four you so often get - and decent biscuits too. Stephen's excellent cooked breakfast and Chris's ready smile would get anyone's day off to a good start. Nothing was too much trouble for the lads and we were made to feel very welcome. We ate in on two evenings and the meal was excellent on both occasions - on the basis of a previous reviewers comments, I tried Stephen's steak pie - beautiful! Would we stay there again - yes.

Room Tip: Go for a sea view room - preferably on the first floor - there's a lot of steps up to the second...

My husband and I brought our 4 year old grandson for an overnight break. We arrived a little early but were made most welcome. Our room was lovely and clean, the beds were very comfortable. The shower was great, one of the best I've used.Food was excellent. It was my grandson's first ever stay in a hotel and he absolutely loved it, he didn't want to come home. He wants to come and stay again, so we will definitely be back. Such warm and friendly hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them. Conveniently situated right on the promenade.

My sister and I stayed for one night in this hotel and found it welcoming and homely. The proprietors greeted us with smiles and made us feel very much at home straight away. The location and views were perfect, and the breakfast was served piping hot, while we looked out at the sea and Orme views. The nicest thing about this hotel is the friendly welcome and the clean fresh rooms.

Relaxing, clean and great location right on the sea front. Excellent breakfast and friendly attentive owners/staff. Within 2 minutes walk of shops in Llandudno and has own parking area which is really great as parking in town is costly. We spent 1 night and would highly recommend this as a place to stay. The new bathroom was lovely :)

We have stayed in a few B&B's in Llanduno and this has been the best by far, we will be booking here again for our next family stay in Llandudno.

Thank you for a nice relaxing stay.
