We are very fussy about fish and chips in our family - with good reason I might add. We can trace our family back 5 generations to Fish and chip fryers and entrepreneurs from the home of the best fish and chips - Yorkshire. So praise indeed to Paul and his friendly and able team of staff at Frydays. Not just the best in the area - nearly as good as my mum's fish and chips. My mum has stopped frying fish since you came to Penrhyn Bay, which is a great shame as she has always been the best in this endeavour. Haddock, Hake, Cod, Homemade pies of all descriptions, scallops and scampi. Have found them all crisp and delicious. The fish is fresh from Liverpool fish market and the portions often outface us. The takeaway is a great asset to the area and the restuarant is cheerful clean and staffed by friendly waitresses. You deserve the success that you have had in the past year and more. I know people who make a detour from Abergele to pick up a fish supper. Fish Fryers of North Wales won't dare to rest on their laurels, you have upped the ante once again.
Tip: If you like Frydays for a fish supper, try Home Cookin' it's sister restaurant in Llandudno for a meal one weekend. You won't be disappointed by service and quality of food of the same excellent calibre. Thanks Paul and Co - you're a foodie asset to the North Wales Coast
