We stayed here for a midweek break between Christmas and New Year - for two nights, and couldn't have been happier.
We had the suite on the top floor, which has a large room at the front with a double bed and a single bed, then a lounge room with chairs and TV and X-box and games.
The en-suite shower room was large with a very hot shower, and plenty of towels and complimentary toiletries.
The rooms were absolutely spotless, with ample storage space, plenty of mirrors and good lighting in all rooms. The decor was nice and the rooms had some lovely furniture complimenting the general feel of the whole B & B.
There was a fridge in the lounge area with fresh milk each day, and plenty of complimentary tea and coffee, with biscuits replaced each day.
There was also a handy bottle opener, which we needed after taking wine but forgeting something to open it with.
There were TV's in both the bedroom and the lounge as well as DVD players and an X-box with games. There was also a radio alarm clock and hair dryer in the bedroom.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the rooms had individually controlled radiators.
The breakfasts were lovely both mornings, with plenty of fruit juice and cereal to choose from along with a choice of hot foods, including a full cooked breakfast, which again was lovely, and came with an endless supply of tea/coffee and toast.
The breakfast room was very pleasant with double bay windows and Gerry was always on hand to offer very helpful advice about where to go, what to do and where to eat etc. He told us about things we would never have found ourseleves and the place he recommended for pub food was excellent.
There was a lounge area which although we didn't use, did look very welcoming with books and DVD's to borrow and very comfy chairs.
In a great location - just a short stroll to the main shopping street, promenade and pier, but down a quiet side street. Only a few minutes to the Great Orme and about a 20 minute stroll to the quieter second beach (West shore), with some lovely walks nearby.
Excellent value for money, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and great hosts.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Christleton House and will definitely return.
