“Went by recommendation”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 15, 2011

The owner of our hotel recommended this place and it was great. True Italian food that was delicious. Took us a couple of minutes to find it since it is an upstairs restaurant. Would highly recommend.

“Nice atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 7, 2011

My partner had spaghetti Amatricianna and said its the best pasta hes ever had
as he asked for extra chillies and it was the right hotness for him. I had the Veal for the
first time and it was awful very rich if you like that sort of thin,g so it was an expensive portion of chips for me. I would go back here but id stick to something ive had before.

“Lovely warm atmosphere, good Italian food!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2011

I went with a large group of friends celebrating their joint birthdays.. we were all immediately impressed with the atmosphere and the charming staff. Our pastas and pizzas were nice, slightly heavy if you were already quite full after a starter. Puddings were all huge.. although very irresistable!! Hint: Go there with an emty stomch and your meal will be thoroughly enjoyed!!

“Birthday Boy!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 31, 2011

We chanced upon Romeo's last year on my partner's birthday and we returned again this year (from Oxford) especially to hold his birthday in Romeo's. The atmosphere is fantastic, the food is gorgeous, you are made to feel very welcome and we had a beautiful birthday cake made by Romeo's, delivered to our table with a bevy of waiters singing 'Happy Birthday to You'. Fantabulous!
