I recently been the west shore with someone I support with learning difficulties for a week and then returned the same day to take my parents which are more in need with mobility. The staffs are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble and they will assist you in anyway possible. The hotel is like going from home to home as that’s how it makes you feel when your there. The food is excellent and will accommodate for any dietary problems. Everyone in the two weeks I was there including guests was lovely. Brian was the minibus Driver which will take you on trips while your there if you want to explore places but mum and dad where quite happy to just have a change from being at home as they don’t get out much. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with or without disability.

Room Tip: if you want a seaview room ask in advance.

stayed for 7 days in the above hotel as part of a group of disabled, hotel is part of the livability group which caters for people with disabilities and dont they do it well ,customer service is first class nothing is too much trouble, extra wide doorways, electric beds overhead tracking wet rooms excels itself for catering for disabled and such a friendly bunch of staff make it so welcoming.
hotel is situated in a quiet part of llandudno overlooking the west shore, limited entertainment so quiet at night food well presented and good choice .
there is a bar but no pumped ale only bottle stuff but the hotel is so well run and a credit to llandudno !!!!

Room Tip: stayed in g2 patio door straight onto hotel patio most other rooms have balconys.
