A wonderful small hotel in a sea front location, made perfect by attentive hosts, friendly staff, clean rooms and a great tasty breakfast. Every effort was made to make us feel welcome. The hosts worked incredibly hard and were on the go from early morning to late at night.

Room Tip: Like any other establishment, rooms vary, but found that ever effort was made to accommodate us in t...

My partner and I spent two nights at the Oasis on 8th and 9th July 2013. Ann and David are excellent hosts, the hotel is very clean, the beds are very comfy and the food is very good. Compliments to the Chef [ David ]. The en-suite was modern, clean, and plenty of hot water. Cannot fault it and looking forward to going back the end of September/ October. See you soon. Ann and Arthur room 4.

I had booked on a deal and was a little dubious looking at the reviews, however we really enjoyed our stay at the Oasis. Our rooms were a good size. The owners were friendly and concerned about the reviews they were getting. It is a typical seaside bed and breakfast. We were in a room with the fire escape, and yes it could be considered an extra risk, but you can't open the windows from outside and to get the key inside you would have to smash the alarm glass which would start the fire alarm. It did not concern me. The food was good. Plenty of it and good quality. Mum travelled with us and still talks about the sausages. The hotel could not be in a better position for seeing Llandudno, both the shops and the bay. The only hesitation I have is that we found the beds on the firm side, but v. clean. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Room Tip: Room 1 overlooks the bay and is beautiful. We were in room 3.

Went for one night stay, 8 of us in total. Very friendly welcome from Ann. One of our party had a birthday on Sunday, Ann had put birthday banner up & his breakfast was served on a special birthday plate. ... nice touch! Very clean rooms, comfy bed. Overall lovely place to stay. So much so my husband is taking my mum & the children back this weekend! I can not make it as I have to work!

Okay, while the basics of the hotel were fine (bed was good, breakfast nice, seafront location), I just did not like it. (At this point I've deleted six lines of text, because I was just moaning, and that's not fair) Ann is a very particular lady and, to my eyes, we were 20 years too young to be in this hotel. As I said the bed was fine, as was the bedroom. The bathroom was out of the seventies and is actually avacado green! Our room was on the fire escape route and as such had a key on the outside so people can exit through it in case of fire. A fact that I would liked to have had explained to us at check in, not had to have figured out myself. Finally, the parking, I accept that there is only limited car parking space, it doesn't mean I have to like the fact. All in all, I couldn't like it, but I can't quite place why.

Have just returned from a very enjoyable stay at the Oasis Hotel Llandudno. Ann and Dave are excellent hosts and their staff most helpful. Great breakfasts, we also had our evening meals in the hotel as Dave is such a great cook. Rooms very clean and comfortable we had a sea view which was great. Four of us went and have all agreed we will go back.

Another great relaxing 5 nights, dinner, bed and breakfast, with my wife and Millie our pet "Chorky". Excellent accommodation on the sea front, including car parking permit provided by the hotel. Great breakfasts and evening meals prepared by David, and fantastic hospitality provided by Ann, David, Barbara and all the staff. Thank you. ps. Millie says many thanks David for her morning sausage!
