I took a small group of 14,everyone enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel, and the food was excellent,Gwen made us all welcome and nothing was too much trouble for her,the self service breakfast worked a treat, hot toast and hot tea when you want it,no waiting to catch a waitress's eye.We will be returning.

Room Tip: sea view best, but all our rooms were perfect

Six of us stayed here for two nights on a 3 day golfing break in North Wales. Chose the Wynchmore as we needed six single rooms. I have previously stayed at two other hotels on the promenade in Llandudno, the Marine and the Esplanade. The Wynchmore is a lot smaller than these two but it is a lot more cosy. Gwen the owner was very attentive and helpful. The single room was very clean and well presented with tea/coffee making and a small flat screen tv. The shower was clean and very powerful.. The breakfast consisted of a self service tea/coffee, toast, fruit juices, cereals etc. plus a full cooked breakfast. Dinner is also offered but we did not sample it. There is a small bar area and a large lounge with large flat screen tv. The car park is at the rear off Adelphi Street and has a capacity for about a dozen vehicles. There is a lift that goes from the car park to all floors. We were so impressed with the Wynchmore that we asked Gwen to reserve six singles for our visit in June 2016. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, friendly and affordable hotel in Llandudno the Wynchmore fits the bill.

The Winchmore Hotel is one of four different hotels we have stayed at in LLandudno over the past 6 months.
The Staff are very welcoming and the rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast were excellant and you could also have evening meal if you liked, the menu choice was good as the food.
It has been given only a two star rating, but we don't understand why, this hotel was the best we stayed at (others were The Imperial which comes a poor 3rd, St Tudno which comes second, and The Headlands which we give 0 out of 10) The Winchmore is home from home and as we stayed there twice found the service to be the best, comfy beds, lift to all floors just excellant overall. on our last visit to Llandudno we were very disappointed not to be able to get a room so make sure you book well in advance if you want to try it, we certainly will.

Room Tip: all room good, but if you want a seaview, great.

A very warm welcome from Gwen at the car park entrance. She was very helpful and infromative. Delighted with the size of our bedroom which was very comfortable (twin room with sea view). Ample coffee/tea supplied. We found both the lounges very comfortable with views over the bay. Bar prices reasonable. Breakfast - Good quality and a good choice. As we only stayed for 2 nights we didn't have an evening meal. The hotel is ideally placed for everything in Llandudno. Two plus points are the car park and lift. We will definitely stay here again.

From our arrival, we were made most welcome by Gwen and her staff, who were all very friendly, and attentive. the room was very nice, with a high quality TV, which is unusual in most hotels.
the meals were all served very quickly and were very good quality food. it is certainly worth having the evening meal, as it is served at 6:pm leaving time to go to a show in the evening.
