My husband and I booked 3 nights here - we wanted a break from London. We booked on the basis of the trip advisor reviews and we were not disappointed. We booked the double room and were very impressed with the room however after our first night the owner said that the deluxe room was not booked and that we could have it for the next two nights - this was an unexpected but very welcome gesture. We found the rooms spotless and enjoyed the breakfasts. We would love to stay again and would definitely recommend it.

My husband & I stayed here at the beginning of August for 2 nights. After reading trip advisor reviews we weren't disappointed. Attention had been given to every small detail. The rooms was rather small but perfectly adequate & it was all so tastefully decorated & beautiful that this more than made up for the cosy size. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. For the first time ever at a hotel, I used the complimentary shower gel as it was natural & sls free (similar to what I normally use) - this might not interest the majority of people but I was excited about it!! The breakast was all cooked freshly to order & was amazing. The owner was extremely friendly & it was lovely to meet him & spend time chatting. They clearly put a huge amount of effort into running their B&B and it was greatly appreciated.

We stayed here for the weekend to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary and were not dissapointed! On arrival, Keith provided us with a very welcome pot of tea, and told us of good places to dine out etc.Location is close to sea front and town centre. The rooms are all spotless and the attention to detail is 5 star! There are china tea cups, cut glassware and bathrobes in the bedrooms to name a few of the first class touches that Keith the owner has provided to make your stay here 'home from home'. Breakfast was superb and plentiful. On our return to our room after a walk, we were delighted to receive an anniversary card from Keith and the team at Albert and Victoria, such a thoughtful gesture which sums up this great guesthouse. We will recommend Albert and Victoria to all our friends.

Stayed here recently on a visit to Eastbourne with a visitor from New Zealand. It was a lovely experience for us all. Could not have chosen a better place to stay! Keith is delightful and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are tastefully decorated and the breakfast was marvellous.
Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I stayed in this guesthouse at the beginng of September 2013. It shoudl be considered as 5star hotel. Spotlessly clean, very helpful service as a manager Keith was very helpful when our flight was delayed. Rich breakfast with lots of choice. We got valuable advice in respect of the city, restaurant and surroundings.
Very comfortable rooms and beds with exclusive small details that make things and experience pleasant. Location close to everything. In general to say, in this hotel we definitely had a proper holiday and we stay there next time.

Room Tip: I had Alice Room shared with my mother. Keith provided us a twin bed without any problem. All rooms...

I stayed here recently and I have to say, it was spot on.
Friendly, helpful service, spotlessly clean rooms and guesthouse, great breakfast with lots of choice, central location and good value to boot.

I will certainly stay next time I'm in town.

Room Tip: They all looked pretty good to me.

A good price for the quality. Keith was a very helpful host. Enjoyed good pub food a few steps away at the marine pub. Close to the pomenade. A medium length walk from the rail station. Great info from Keith on the South downs. A wonderful place to take a walk on a day with good weather.
