We stumbled upon this place as we walked from the Viking Museum to the Fram Museum. It is charming, reasonably priced (for Norway), and the food and service were great. Not a huge menu, but it's obvious they care for what they cook. The kids had great, hearty burgers while my wife and I each had a seafood sandwhich, which this day was a mix of shrimp and crayfish tails on a wonderfully toasted bread. And the fried potatoes were perfect. Finally, although they have outdoor seating, we were looking to sit indoors to get a meal away from the summer wasps. And the atmosphere indoors was entirely pleasant. Definitely recommend!
