Last July, my wife and father-in-law were among the first guests to visit the museum, which opened on June 11, 2005. The exibits ranged from a projected display of notable quotations on peace to an electronic "field" where you can wander amongs screens with information on Nobel laureates. One of the most amazing exhibits was an interactive book, with blank pages that were used as screens for a projector above the book. Visitors can use their fingers like a computer mouse above the pages to reveal more information about the life of Nobel. So amazing, it was like it was torn from the pages of a Harry Potter story. Another great reason to enjoy Oslo.
