“Nice for a swift one!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2013

I popped in here on my last evening in Oslo. It was recommended to me by someone I'd met, and in spite of paying what I expected to for a pint, the atmosphere was lovely, and the live music was great to listen to after a long day out and about town before going back to pack for home. The bar staff were kind, friendly and helpful too. I'll go again next time in Oslo, but it might be a Coke or juice after the first round :)

“The only problem is the price”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 19, 2013 via mobile

Paying a bit more than 11 euros for a pint of Guiness or Cider, 16-25 euros for a simple blended whiskey is really painfull. Jameson or single malt is more expensive. But we are in Oslo, the most expensive city in the world!!! And probably it is true. The service and the girls behind the bar are simpathic, the decor is moderated. I like Irish pubs, this is why I gave 4 stars....they also accept all kind of bank cards. The pub is very well situation, in the center, close to the Parlament building and the shopping street, but not in the shopping street, a bit far away from, but still easy to find.

“The bar is ok but...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 17, 2013

The bar is ok...the only minus is that you have to pay to get in (100kr). And you get the same service for free in another places...

“Nice place & people”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 13, 2013

Had good time here.
Nothing to rate in storng positive or negative, a normal bar. When you ae in good copmany you do not pay too much attention on details, but the place was quite packed which itself is indication the place is popular and appreciated.

“Fish and chips”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2013

Went to have a few beers and to grab some food with some colleagues of mine. It was a buzzing bar with a lot of people in this friday afternoon. I had a few Guinness' and a fish and chips, which I honestly must say was much better than the ones I've had in Belfast and Glasgow (surprisingly enough). The chips were excellent with the crust you would like when having fish and chips!
