I'm giving this a rather reluctant 4 stars because of the small portion size: if a 3.5 were an option, that would about cover it.
The food was very good: I had a cured ham starter, followed by cod, which was nicely marinated & accompanied by a pureed seafood sauce.
The menu is very limited and as others have noted, apparently varies frequently. The chef does seem to know what he is doing, though.
