I stayed 6 nights during the second week of January. Most days it snowed, sleeted, or there was freezing rain, and/or fog, so the conditions were probably difficult for the hotel. The suite featured separate toilet and bath rooms, but the toilet was not equipped with a soap dispenser. In addition, the exhaust fan would run for about ten minutes after leaving the toilet, making it hard to get back to sleep given jet lag. The cleaning staff did not fill the liquid soap dispenser in the shower which required that I get a replacement cartridge from the receptionist and install it myself. Internet service (ethernet) was free and excellent. Two of the days, the breakfast room was still being mopped and prepared 30 minutes after the scheduled opening time. On two nights the adjacent restaurant either had an unscheduled early closing (before 7 PM) or was not open at all. In order to get something to eat, I needed to take a bus toward's the city (about 18 minutes) and be highly aware of the schedule returning since they run every 30 minutes after 7 PM (and not after 10:30 PM). Schedules between 7 AM and 7 PM offer between 4 and 6 trips per hour, so while the location is remote, daytime travel is not difficult. The suite was starkly furnished, relatively comfortable, but the planning was not good. There was no way to watch TV in bed since the screen was on the same wall as the head of the beds. The view would have been excellent without the fog. I moved to another hotel for the last five days of my stay, paid about a 30% lower rate and had very good service and value.
