We booked this room on the last night of our stay in Vienna because of its proximity to the airport, and its description as a modern 4 (or 3.5) star hotel in the website reviews. This hotel is completely out of date. The following is a list of problems in no particular order:
1. No airport shuttle service (cab only)
2. Decorated in a 1980s motif
3. Shower water goes scalding hot whenever a guest elsewhere in the hotel flushes the toilet
4. The double bed is 2 twin mattresses smushed together
5. Contrary to the descriptions on their website, you can clearly hear each plane taking off
6. Hot! It was a hot night and the rooms are not air conditioned, which is not uncommon in Vienna, but our only relief from the heat is the 3 inches our tilt-in window is allowed to open. It was so hot and stuffy in the room we couldn't sleep

As this article deviates form the truth, we want to make the following statement:
In the year 2000 all double and triple rooms were adapted; in 2006 the restaurant was renovated and extended. Beautiful colours, fabrics and details make your stay comfortable and you will feel at home. You will definitely not be disturbed by plane take offs and landings. In our hotel descriptions we don`t offer an airport shuttle service or air condition.

We stayed ( 2 adults and a little girl) in Das Reinisch for 1 night before departing from Vienna airport early in the morning, booked directly from the home page, and everything was o.k., nice, comfortable and clean. Bathrobe! There is a Restaurant in the hotel, serving tasty meal. (Wiener Schnitzel, and Fitness Steak was perfect). We will return definitely before our next air-holiday.
