Nice and clean rooms, posh reception, very good wifi.
Little (approx 800m) away from tube station. No bath tub. No tea coffee.
However kettle was provided on request. Billa supermarket is just few paces away.
Sudatilore train station is walking distace. A day trip to nearby destination like Bratislava is very easy from there.

Dear guest,
thanks for your honest and positive feedback. There's nothing else to say then to point out that we also have rooms with bath tubs. Simply tell us in front of your next visit!
Looking forward to see you again soon,
your Zeitgeist-Team

I stayed in a loft room with my friends for 4 nights, I loved this hotel, clean, modern, spacious room, excellent value for money, cosy bar area, great choice at breakfast buffet, helpful staff, good location, would highly recommend for long or short stay.

I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel looks new and room was very stylish. It is near Vienna central train station and whilst this whole area is currently under construction we didn't hear any noise which was a positive. On arrival much earlier than anticipated we were pleased when the receptionist called housekeeping and managed to get us a room ready, she also provided us with lots of information about Vienna, however when she told us what time breakfast was she failed to mention you have to pay for it (which I wasn't expecting from a 4* hotel) so it came as a surprise after starting to plate up items we were told there was a cost implication. There were s couple of issues with the room: hotel needs to invest in extra pillows as they are very flat once you lie on them making it not great for sleeping; virtually none of the tv channels worked; and the air con was quite difficult to work out we had it on the coldest setting but this was no use.

Dear JoJo, thank you very much for your rating. Usually our reception always informs about the costs of our breakfast-variations and with regards to your review we will train this topic again. We are always trying to get better and such discomfort as “not working tv-channels” shouldn’t happen – you are right! We also know about the problems with the A/C and therefor we are working hard on the usability and capacity of the systems. Let us know, if you are planning a further trip to vienna – our reception will also have extra pillows for you! Would be a pleasure to welcome you again. Kind regards, your Zeitgeist-Team

This was a nice place in an up-and-coming location, convenient to downtown via train.  The hotel is new and the rooms are in good shape.  They even have bikes you can use for free.  Breakfast was lovely.  However, we were there during a hot stretch in July and our AC did not really work, at least at night.  It works fine during the day, but the room becomes a furnace at night.  We were unable to get much sleep as a result.  We mentioned this both days to reception, and they did not purport to know about the issue.  A technician even came to look at the AC in our room, but this was during the day, when it was working fine.  Other guests had the same complaint.  I think maybe the hotel is playing games to try to cut their electric bill by turning the system down/off overnight.  If you have a room facing the courtyard, opening the window will offer little relief.  Consider yourself warned.  One tip in this regard - there are two 'wings' of the hotel which is shaped like an L.  In one arm of the L is the lobby and the restaurant, both of which seemed to have good AC.  In fact, the hallway in that arm was cool, while ours was like a sauna.  I think the rooms in that wing benefit by being located on the same ventilation ducts as the public areas, which they want to keep comfortable. Ergo, see if you can score a room above the restaurant/lobby area as you may fare better with the AC.

Otherwise, it's a lovely hotel in a convenient location with a great breakfast.  But don't stay here in the summer time.

One additional tip.  Don't pay for parking in the hotel's garage, as it can be had for free and in abundance on the street.

Room Tip: See my review.

Dear Guest, thank you for your open and above board review. It’s true that we had problems with our AC. We are official opened since May 2013 and it was the first hot summer for our AC System. We are working hard for upgrade all our climate systems and now we come nearly to an end. That way we dare to promise that at your next summer-trip to vienna, our AC will work perfectly. Wish you a nice summer, your Zeitgeist-Team

Moved here after a traumatic night in a really bad hotel and it was a breath of fresh air

Helpful Staff, parking available, wifi, modern and clean rooms!

We didn't try the breakfast as woke up later but we had cake and snacks in the cafe area.

The hotel is situated in an area which is under developement so I agree with some that it will be a lot better soon. There is a hostel next door so there were slightly noisy people outside in the evenings but not too bad.

There is no mini bar but the hotel does have vending machines and does have a limited room service provision.

They also had a gym and sauna which we didn't get round to checking.

Location wise- really good for access to all the usual tourist spots by both road and public transport.
.

Beautifully clean, Minimalist but good sized rooms (we took a family room for 3 adults which consisted of one comfortable sofa bed and one double) and the small issues we had were swiftly taken care of by young staff who spoke excellent english.

We stayed for 2 nights but could have stayed much longer. If I go back to Vienna I will definitely go here again.

Spend three nights in this new and stylish hotel. Breakfast was excellent with fresh juices, breat, omelette etc. Stuff was friendly. There is also gym and dont' miss the sauna in the topfloor with terrace. Location is excellent, very close to the railway station.

The area is very poor, old houses, dirty streets, construction everywhere, but will be much much better than today within 1-2 years. Give time to this hotel.
Very modern hotel with good interior design. Nice lobby, good staff.
Everthing is ok, except the breakfast. You have to pay extra for an omlett in a 4 star city hotel?

Room Tip: Upgrade from a basic room to a deluxe is not a big difference.

Dear Thomas! Thanks for your nice review. Your’re right, actually we have a few construction areas around the hotel, but it’s getting better from day to day. One word to the omlett: We offer a second buffet-breakfast variation for EUR 15,50 (Premium-Breakfast). In addition to the “normal” buffet breakfast you will get a portion of salmon or an fresh prepared egg dish (e.g. omelette), one glass of freshly pressed orange juice and one glas of sparkling wine. Would be a pleasure to welcome you a second time! Kind regards, your Zeitgeist-Team
