“Terrific Hotel and Great Value!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 14, 2012

My husband and I stayed here in late June and loved it! The hotel is new and has air conditioning (which many of Vienna's old hotels do NOT have). The weather was HOT ( 88-92 degrees Farenheit) yet our hotel room was cool and comfy! The rooms are nicely decorated, and the bathrooms are good size with a full size tub/bath not the tiny shower you so often find in European hotels. The staff were VERY friendly and helpful, and helped us store out bicycles in a safe location (as we were traveling along the Danube by bike). The breakfast is outstanding --- some of the best we found in one month of traveling through Europe --- with fresh fruit (a rarity) along with a wonderful assortment of good cheeses, eggs, meats (even smoked salmon) croissants and breads, juices, and very good coffee. The hotel is on a nice quiet street yet just a 3 minute walk to Mariahilfer Strasse and close by subway stops. The Greek restaurant on Webgasse about one block from the Hotel (going toward Mariahilfer) was delicious and family run! We paid 78 Euro for our hotel room for 2 people and thought this was an excellent value. With super helpful staff, really clean hotel, very nice updated rooms that include air conditioning, a delicious breakfast, in a good location -- this was a 5 Star place! Highly recommended!

The room was spcious modern clean and lovely. The bed was very comfortable, the bath had all the needed amenities. Breakfast was included and was very delicious ( eggs, variety of ham and cheeses, vegetable, bread, cereals, coffee machine, sweet.
The front desk were so excited to help and to recommend for things to do.
The location is not in the very center of town. But a good one if your shopping or going to museum. The u3 station is also very close.

New hotel just two blocks off Mariahilferstrasse (and the U-bahn, either Westbahnhof or Zeiglerstrasse). Street parking is free on the weekends and we had no trouble finding a spot. Hotel is quiet with comfortable beds and small balcony overlooking central garden. Room was simple and clean. Nice toiletries, modern decor. Breakfast was very substantial with scrambled and boiled eggs, lots of breads/rolls, various coffee selections, yogurt, fruit, etc.

The hotel is an excellent value considering how easy it is to get around (either walking or by U-bahn), free wifi, included breakfast, free weekend street parking. The Indian restaurant down the street, Nam-Nam, is fantastic - would recommend if you are looking for an easy dinner option nearby (it has a nice garden courtyard for warm evenings). We appreciated that it was not in the touristy center but still easily accessible to other sights.

I did my reservation online the day before arrival. Check-in was fast and friendly. Parking in the garage (basement of the hotel) was 14.-- EUR and there is no alternative to it (on the street you will have a ticket within minutes). Room was clean and quiet. WLAN was fast and stable. The courtains are a bit short - so it will not be possible to have a completely dark room. The telefone did not work (yet) - I was told the hotel opened only 1 month ago. There was no hotel directory and no emergency evacuation plan in the room! The location was excellent (5 min to Mariahilfer Strasse - shopping - and to subway station U3). If you have enough money ( ;)), you can also walk the Mariahilfer Strasse down to the center of the town - about 30 min. The breakfast (buffet) was excellent. My price was good and - despite the issues - I booked again few days later.

i was stayed in a standard double room, but the room were so small, no kettle or cup in the room, no slipper. so dark in the toilet, kinda scary while having a shower.. and no bin inside the toilet - - the location was fine, new and very nice receptionist, free wi-fi but not so stable.

This hotel is new and has a good recieptionist.
Pros:
1. It's near Mariahilfer straße
2. It has free wi-fi
3. Room size is good

Cons:
1. It's not clean: there's blood on the blankets. There are spots on the towels.
2. It's designed the way that privacy means nothing: the curtains are short and don't get together. Its design is not good. All neighbors are able to see each others' rooms.
3. Its service is terrible: I hung the "don't disturb" card from the door, but when I came back of walking, I saw that my hotel had been cleaned. And the woman cleaned everything, but didn't clean and organize my bed.
Its bath is not good: there's no place to put your shampoos, etc. there's no curtain or glass to protect other parts of the room from water. There's no hanger to hang your towel.
No slippers: there's no slippers here.

After all, it's good but not expected...!
