I was very positively impressed by the nice setting, the quality of food and service and the beautiful presentation of the various dishes.
Dessert was really stunning and mushroom risotto was, albeit slightly overcooked, still a very good achievement for being eaten out of Italy :)
Nevertheless, may I add that several of the menu offerings could be easily made totally vegan by eliminating the dairy products they still sometimes use (they are anyhow very clearly declared) and move from a vegetarian-vegan restaurant to a fully vegan one.
I understand Austrians arr literally obsessed by milk and derivates for cultural reasons, but the chefs seem to have enough technique to do this.
Anyhow, very recommendable, worth a visit.
