I definitely agree with the German speaker that this shouldn't be a four star hotel, but that sort of misses the point. You wouldn't (or shouldn't) even be thinking about this hotel if you don't have some kind of pressing reason to stay in the area. The 19th District is a green, leafy suburb, and is very nice, but it's hardly the place for a first time tourist to Vienna. Yes there is public transport, but getting into the centre of town from this hotel involves a walk down a steep hill, then a bus for ten minutes, and finally a tram for 20 minutes - so it is hardly worth the effort (and you don't want to try this during a Viennese winter as it is very cold indeed).
This place is what it is. If you are going to Vienna mainly to hike in the Vienna Woods, or if your main objective is to sip win in country wine bars, then it might suit you. But if you are looking to tour the sites in the city, you are much better off biting the bullet and staying in a more expensive place in town.
