We spent one night here back in November of last year and I have nothing but good things to say about it! The free breakfast was fabulous - way more than we expected and really tasty too. Comfy beds, generously sized, clean rooms, heated towel bars in the bathrooms...lots of little luxuries. Nice location - within walking distance of the Christmas Market, restaurants and shops. Extremely helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this hotel for one night on business at the beginning of September. The city was full with a conference and this was the only hotel available but it was a very good option. I payed 200 EUR which is more than I would have liked but given the lack of options, this was a good deal. The hotel is EXTREMELY clean. The rooms are quite small but functional. The bathrooms were a bit basic but again very clean. Flat screen TVs (no space for a regular one I think). Breakfast was in a nice room, ample food, good service. Internet is free in the lobby and business center which was a nice room for working even though I didn't find it until I was leaving. The hotel is located on a square which looks pretty but it's a bit of a walk from the main tourist sites if that is the point of the your stay. There are a bunch of reasonably priced restaurants around the hotel and a Billa across the street.

Booked this some months ago after studying Tripadvisor and I was not disappointed. Hotel was very clean, with friendly and helpful staff (including those at reception) and the rooms were newly decorated and very comfortable, with good airconditioning (arrived in the midst of the July heatwave!). Excellent breakfast buffet also! The hotel is well situated being about 10 minutes walk from St Stephen's Cathedral in the centre of Vienna and also within 6 or 7 minutes walk from the Stephansplatz metro station and even closer to tram stops by the Danube canal. Highly recommended - go for this one!

I stayed at the K & K Palais in Vienna for five days. The room was clean and comfortable. Good airconditioning. Service was friendly and always helpful. Nice breakfast as well.

Hotel is only a couple of blocks from the metro, and close to all attractions in the center of the city (within the Ringstrasse). I was able to walk to all the tourist attractions in this area.

I will definitely stay there again.
