“Never again”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 27, 2013

+Room spacious, Good WiFi in room, Air condition

-The parking place is too far from the hotel. Can not pay with card in hotel reception for parking fee. We spend the hotel one night, but we must pay two days parking fee. We could not get invoice from parking fee and hotel too. Some of the staff at the reception were not very polite-helpful. Breakfast was too poor.

Dear Tomtokes,

First of all than you for taking the time to wirte a comment in Tripadvisor. We appreciate all the feedback we receive and want to improve our services constantly.

We have just taken over this hotel as of July 2013 (you can see that in the small number of reviews), and strive to relaunch the hotel as one of the landmark properties in the area in the near future (12-18 months), so please stay tuned.

In regards to your comments about parking - it is possible to include the parking costs in your bill upon request. The parking garage is a public garage, and we have negotiated special conditions for our guests (EUR 11 for 24h instead of regular EUR 28 for 24h), which we give directly 1:1 further to our guests (without adding any commissions etc. to it). We do the best we can with the parking situation available in the near surroundings. Within our renovation we plan also to add some underground parking spaces to the hotel.

We apologize for not having been able to put the parking costs on your bill as you have requested. The staff at the reception has been informed about your complaint and the this should not be the case in the future anymore. We also thank you for giving us your feedback and would appreciate for better ratings in the future. All the best, Management

This hotel is not at the centre of Vienna but you can reach the centre in a few minutes, The underground is on the opposite side of the hotel. You can go very easily by the tram that works till late. The room was big enough for three persons. It is clean and comfortable beds with TV. It has good lightening allover. The waitresses prepare good breakfast with a good choice. The receptionists are great. The are really helpful. We always asked them thousand of questions and they gave us helpful answers. Christian and Jovanna are great They are so sweet. I guess that even the other receptionists are the same, but we came into contact especially with Christian and Jovanna.

Thanks for everything and for making this holiday memorable even though we had problems as soon as we arriived in the hotel. They also kept our luggage there till 5pm even though our check out was at noon. If we had to go to Vienna again, we would stay there for sure.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2013

We just stayed in this hotel couple of weeks back. The hotel is quite close to the Airport. We were supposed to check in late in the afternoon, but we reached quite early in the morning, surprisingly, the receptionist was really helpful and kind enough to allow us for an early check in at free of cost. i was little confused with the previous reviews, but i can definitely say that all the people at the hotel were really friendly and nice. there are lots of restaurants around the hotel. so we dint have much problem with the location. the metro was just a stone throw away distance. though it was at the corner of the city, we were able to reach the city within 10 to 15 mins. the room was ok. the floor was carpeted. the bathroom was clean and neat. the AC was just fine. the only discomfort is that the central light was not working and somewhat the room looked dim always. the breakfast was not that grt, a typical English breakfast, but fulfilling. for travelers its fine. overall i would say it was a pleasant visit, worth visiting again!!

Thank you for your kind comments! Thank you also for your feedback about the centralized lights / dim room. We plan to fix this problem in all rooms with our next refurbishment in the winter 2013/14.
