We will be back to Hotel Sacher in Wien. We had the most fantastic stay. Yes, it's a lot of money but well worth it (depending if you want the hotel to be part of the holiday or see it just as accommodation). Staff is very attentive, the interior of the hotel is beautiful, the room very luxurious and I loved the chocolate scented toiletries. We stayed for three nights - tried the Sacher Stube (lovely staff) and had a drink every night in the Blue Bar. We didn't try the breakfast as we wanted to spend money on lunch and dinner rather than an all consuming breakfast at €35 per person. Finally, the chaffeur of the car bringing us back to the airport was very charming and informative.
