We were surprised at arrival by the entrance of a typical old apartment building, dark and you need to carry your luggage a dosen of steps before you reach the elevator. When we entered the apartment, it was bare with basic elements only. No rugs, bold white walls, no curtains, no telephone and no TV in the living room. The worst thing we suffered from, it has no AC. It was hot and humid at this month of July 2012. We opened the windows with no use. It only brought noise from the street outside. Even they sent a fan, we couldn't sleep. We called the manager by my own mobile several times trying to negotiate to check out with minimum loss but insisted there are no refund for the whole period of stay. He said that this is the policy of this residence.
This no turist place to stay. I would not advise anybody to stay at this apartment. It was my worst experience.
