Stayed here over Christmas 2006. My only complaint is that the lounge/lobby is very small. It is situated opposite the reception desk and there is only seating for a dozen guests. Likewise, the bar is small. That said, the staff can't do enough for you. The breakfasts were very good and our evening meals were also good. Our room was fine (be aware that in Austria twin beds are actually two separate mattresses in the same bed frame - it may as well be a double bed). I can't tell you anything about the area as we were out on day trips from 0800 to 1700 hours and it was too dark for exploring when we got back, plus our evening meal was included in the price. I would like to return in the summer.

Stayed for 3 nights at the Mercure located near the Lake of Constance.It was a fantastic experience. Hotel has a clear and modern designer look. Lobby and front desk are a little bit too small,but rooms are very big and clean.Beds are comfortable.Parking is free.
Braekfast is excellence-6 different coffee styles are offered.staff is very friendly.
Will stay there again!
