“Tyrolean perfection !”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 23, 2013

For skiers, you can't get much better than this. Comfy down bedding, balconies to catch the sun and large windows that open up in rooms that are outfitted in an eclectic yet utterly charming collection of wooden furniture, poster beds and Tyrolean wardrobes. Immaculately clean, not the largest of rooms but the lounge and bar area is so inviting, you'll find yourself popping in and out to change or sleep. It's a hop and a skip from the slopes, great saunas and hot tubs and the food is wonderful, too. You can expect a 3 course meal with your stay and breakfast is served in the mornings. Great coffee - grab a sweet bread as you go out the door. Management is friendly, attentive and gave us great tips on places to see, eat and drink where the locals frequent. For non-skiers, the town is beautifully safe and utterly Tyrolean, has quaint shops and cars up the mountain. The Austrian Alps are at your fingertips. As an added bonus, the hotel is a melting pot of cultures. We made new friends from Japan, Australia, Italy and Denmark during our stay!

Room Tip: Street front rooms are not noisy (there's little traffic here) and have a great view of the moun...

rooms are furnished in a eccentric mix of modern and rustic tyrolian elements, junior suites have balcony, a big shower and a spacious living room.

staff is very well trained and outstandingly nice; lobby bar with chimney has an extremely warm athmosphere and they serve a good choice of food (cheese platter, salads, burgers, wienerschnitzel, etc) but: kitchen closes at 9pm! breakfast is delicious and including but not that rich. they have no a la carte restaurant but offer a 3 course dinner for hotel guests in a nice restaurant.

interior design and furniture of the whole hotel is highend.

rooms are very clean and smell good.

things to improve: no minibar (in a junior suite); no pool but 4 different saunas; pillows are too small and uncozy... the rest of the bed is super; pprivate parking located 300 meters from the hotel and costs extra

we spent some relaxing days there

Room Tip: junior suites have balcony; rooms to the backyard might be more quite; try to get a room on a higher...

I selected this hotel based on the price and the reviews and I was not dissapointed! The cozy ambiance of the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. We were pleased with the breakfast selection and it was delicious. The location to restaurants and bars and of course the ski area was perfect for us. The staff were very friendly and they recommended a great ski equipment rental company. Overall we had a great stay and we would stay there again!

Superb staff, great bar, really good half board set-up and nice large room. Would definitely stay here again - loved it. They also sorted out our ski passes for us which made things easier. The link they have with Element 3 the ski hire place, was good as the service at Element 3 seems beter than that at InterSport

Room Tip: Pick a street facing room - with a balcony (most have them but some do not)

I cannot really easily find fault with this hotel other than smoking is allowed inside the bar area, which is common in Kitzbuhel. Staff were very friendly. There's a complimentary sauna that was most welcome après ski!

We spent two days in Q!Maria Theresia and we was really satisfied. First, the hotel enchants you by decent and cozy atmosphere, then the stuff welcomes you kindly and with care. You appreciate your nice and picturesque room, with is not huge, but even more homely.
We recommend especially the gastronomic kitchen - if you are gourmand, you would enjoy it.
If you are there for skiing, you can go to cableway by foot directly from hotel - it is only about 3 - 4 minutes walk. And after hard skiing, you can rest in wellness area of the hotel, where you can find several saunas and the relax zone with waterbeds.
We really enjoed our stay there and believe, that every body could do the same.
Thanks the stuff for perfect service,
M.S.QUATRO Team

Room Tip: Choose the standard room, the difference between this one and superior one is not significant.

Arash made the best manhattan and cosmopolitan martinis ever. Great service at the bar. The room was nice but we had trouble booking a massage. Dirty glasses in room were not switched out. Beautiful old world hotel in decent location, though the walk to the gondola is kinda long.
