The hotel is just next to the main train station & about 15 min. walk to Old town.
I didn't hear any noisy sound from the train station at all, instead the hotel is pretty quiet.
The room is good size, clean & comfortable.
Staff is helpful.

There is also super market just across the street.

I was reluctant to book this hotel because of being across the street from the train station, but it ended up being so quiet that I couldn't hear the trains!

The room was very clean. The mattresses are comfortable and hypo-allergenic covered in crisp white sheets. The bathroom is lovely, with glass-door enclosed shower. Overall, the room was a good size and was very comfortable.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is about 15-minutes' walk through safe neighborhoods to the Golden Roof and the palace. Across the street, there is a supermarket and small, eat-in cafe for reasonable prices. We did not eat breakfast there, but the coffee cost 2 euros.

The staff was very helpful. I'd recommend getting the Innsbruck City pass if you're going to see any of the sites. It definitely paid for itself!

we have stopped here every year do its position in our journey, the rooms are clean and the bedding all ways smells clean and fresh , the rooms are a better size than some other budget hotels , but the views from the windows are fairly bleak [either the bus station or facing a inner area between buildings . parking is reasonable and located direct under hotel so very safe and easy to find.
breakfast is ok but was very retsricted in terms of choice and when we were there no one was there to ask if we had problems , they used to have a person bringing the drinks out but now a rather insepid machine, not the best breakfast.
looking for another hotel innsbruck for next year

Room Tip: rooms facing side street are better

I stayed there for one night and the location is extremely handy if you go to Innsbruck by train. One of the staff was not so helpful and it showed that she could speak English according to the badge she put on her uniform but the fact is she barely spoke English and always impatient. There was no WIFI in the room and people have to use it in the lobby which is quite odd nowadays in a chain hotel like this. I won't choose this hotel again if it's not that well located.

Hotel is very well located, right next to the main train station, so you won't have to go very far if you have lots of luggage. It is about 5min walking distance from the old town. Despite its proximity to the station, it was very quiet at night. Basic luxuries were provided i.e. TV, A/C and free WiFi, but no coffee/tea making facilities, no minibar and breakfast was not included in the room price. There are, however, lots of little bakeries around that will serve you great food for breakfast, for a fraction of the cost. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable with very nice, hard pillows. Bathroom was also spacious and clean. Ideal for a short stay.
