The access to the hotel is very good. The service is nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit dark but that depends on your taste.
The food at dinner is excellent. Buffet breakfast : everything is there

4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 28, 2013

A three night stay in September 2013; other reviews are similar to my experience but I felt a little let down by what was NOT in the room; soap, shampoo, tissues, etc. I know it's not a five star hotel but the little things that one takes for granted are noticed when they're not there.

Breakfast was good but it took a while to work out how to use the coffee machine. No instructions in English.

There was no heating or cooling in the room. Some sort of unit in the bathroom but hard to work out how to use it. The open window made conditions pleasant on a late summer/early autumn "Indian summer"

Wifi was useless. It simply didn't work for me so I gave up. My 3G was patchy at best but I managed. Just.

Location is excellent, only a few minutes from the station. It's a pleasant walk to the main shopping district.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 16, 2013

We were visiting Innsbruck for a day only and traveling by train so we wanted a hotel near the train station from where we could also explore downtown. This hotel was great for this purpose, its a 5 minute walk to the train station and 10 minute walk from downtown. Located in a quiet street this hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and accomodating. Good option for a quick stay.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for taking your time to evaluate our hotel! We are glad that your stay was comfortable. In front of our hotel there are banks and offices that close at 17:00, and only a couple of bars: this is because is always very quiet! Of course if you need shops and clubs they are just a couple of minutes away, in the city centre – Maria-Theresien-Straße is just one street away. Our staff is always happy to help (and that in seven languages!). Thank you again and we hope to welcome you in our house anytime soon.

5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 14, 2013

The hotel is easy to find from the Hauptbahnhof, just to the left of the station is Salurner Str and the hotel lies in Adamgasse first on the right (you will actually see if down a passageway by some shops earlier and this is a short cut)
The road at the front has little traffic .all the staff spoke English and were very helpful. My room was 217 and was huge however it had a double bed mounted on a plinth and I went flying more than once, it is dangerous.
I had a lovely meal in the restaurant garden (the temperature was 32 C ) The hotel is right under the flight path to the airport which came as a shock when I was eating but the airport is not very busy and seems to have no flights at night, well none that I heard and I am a light sleeper. The only negative to this hotel is that they have those dreadful continental duvets, not sheets and blankets.
Breakfast is from 06:00 hrs and has a very good selection, I would recommend this hotel with only the duvet as a reservation.

Room Tip: Just look out for trip hazards!

Dear Mr. Roger,

Thank you for taking your time to evaluate our Hotel! We are glad that you felt welcome in our House! Our position is perfect to who comes to Innsbruck by train, and even though we are close to the city centre, around us there are only banks and offices that close at 17:00:this is because is normally very quiet here. Our lovely garden offers a good protection for the sun and the heat in summer, and we are glad that you could appreciate our typical Austrian food. The airplanes of our small airport could be a surprise: but as you said there are any flights at night and a few during the day. It’s common to find in Austrian hotels only duvets, but thank you for your suggestion; we noticed it and we will improve our service even more.
