This place is in the grounds of the nuns' monastery but separate from it so there is no pressure to participate in religious activities. They did not question my faith and I would think all faiths are welcome here.
My room faced the back. There were two single beds along the length of one wall, very comfortable though pillows very very soft (this seems to be an Austrian trend) Bathroom was basic but clean. But the morning views were fantastic, overlooking the gardens and church behind and the mountains behind, truly beautiful. The rooms were very quiet at night and I wouldn't expect otherwise.
It is very close to the river Inn and the promenade to the old town centre. There is Panorama restaurant 5 mins walk away and I had the best steak in a long time, cooked to perfection with caramelised onion sauce and golden fried crispy onions!!
The town centre is lovely 15 minute stroll and in fact this place is ideal to walk up to alpenzoo over a beautiful wooden bridge and further up if you so desired.
I did not have breakfast so unable to comment about food service, but the receptionist was very helpful. If you arrive after 730 pm they will email you a code so you can enter. All in all a lovely place, I would stay again as I don't mind the walk to the city centre thought the tram stop is 2 minutes away so you can take it get to the centre.
