This is a very relaxing place to stay if you are looking for a real detox and the opportunity to switch off from the real world. The food is delicious and much more interesting than the usual Mayr diet. The rooms are modern, spotless and with gleaming cherry wood floors. The pool is nice, as long as there are no more than 2 people in it. The sauna area is a bit basic for such a high tech facility, and only switched on after 2pm. It is unisex and I think many foreign visitors would feel more comfortable if there were separate facilities for men and women. The treatments are by and large pretty good. I did enjoy my stay but I was a bit shocked that 40 euros is added for every day for extras that are usually inclusive in other hotels. These include having a doctor on site every night, optional cookery demonstrations and exercise classes (most of which are held in German, so not much good if you speak another language). As the hotel is already breathtakingly expensive this seems very money grabbing. Also I was charged for a treatment I had already cancelled the day before. If they were not quite so greedy I would recommend the centre, as it is, I left feeling healthy but with rather a bitter taste in my mouth.
