We found this hotel puzzling, because with a couple of simple things, it would be easily a 4 star hotel. We had the junior suite, which was done in Nantucket style neutrals, very clean lines with subtly amusingand sophisticated original prints on the walls Our room had some amenities you do not even find in most 4 star hotels here, such as the blessed tea maker with several herbal teas for a bedtime tisane, most welcome. An electric scale, to compare before and after the Sacher tortes...A wonderful shower that offered both soft rainfal and excellent handheld options...If they added a few welcome products, changed the little trash can to a new one that opens, added an IKEA magnifying mirror, maybe did a bit of touchup painting in a gentler shade than the grey in the bathrooms, I would give this hotel between a 4 and 5 star rating. The ladies who cleaned the rooms were delightful and added a soft pad to the bed as my curves and firm mattresses don't dance well together for sleeping..All with a smile. Late arrivals are difficult for the hotel, as it is family run and they're in bed early, but we had patient and excellent advice even before arriving on the phone about concerts, tours, the general area, again very friendly and professional. Nice touches, like a bowl of fresh apples in the lobby for anyone who needed a midnight something, were appreciated as well.
